Sigep, a yearly trade-show in Rimini, Italy brought a variety of HORECA professionals to Rimini Expo Centre on January 18th-20th, there Artisan Gelato, Pastry, and Coffee was king. The 41st edition had a public that included both international and local business owners, with a presence of 200,000 people.
We showcased the Espresso AV, Steam, and Pour-Over. This was the first-time that Modbar showcased as a singular brand in the Italian market, a crucial decision for the company since it’s solid growth in the Italian market in 2019.
Interest and curiosity attracted event-goers to the stand, the under-counter and no barrier concept was at the center of the topic. Enthusiasm went beyond the coffee community; gelaterias, boutique bakery/ pastry stores, and chocolateries were excited to bring a modular and reliable system to their establishments.
