What made you want to open a cafe?
A desire to create a product that can be competitive in any part of the world.
How would you describe the brand of your cafe?
An authentic cosmopolitan bakery that catches the attention of sophisticated consumers.
Describe the location/demographics of the area where you opened. Why did you choose this area?
Our fourth location in Tashkent, where we decided to install the Modbar coffee machine, is on a street with fast-growing infrastructure and a few new high-class residential complexes.
How did the equipment influence the flow, or vice versa?
Modbar is an eye-catching espresso machine with a minimalistic design that focuses people’s attention on the barista’s skills. Customers tend to ask many questions, take photos of the machine and the process, and share them on social media platforms, which helps us reach our brand awareness goals.
Why did you choose Modbar equipment?
We are not a coffee bar. We are mainly a bakery, so when you come in from the door, the first thing you see is a shelf full of bread and pastry, and then you will smell the coffee.
Some people come to buy a loaf and a few croissants and leave, so we decided to place this eye-catching coffee machine in a visible area. Out of interest, they order coffee and watch the process.
Breadly is famous for being a trendsetter on the market, and Modbar helps us prove it again.
What’s one thing that makes your cafe unique?
One thing that makes BREADLY Bakery special is a passion for undisputed quality and aesthetics.
As told by Breadly company owner Mrs. Diora Karimova.
