What made you want to open a cafe?
Our passion for coffee and the unique vibe we wanted to create in our cafe, Rolling Roasters, a co-experiencing space where people can connect and enjoy specialty coffee, inspired us to open a cafe. We believe that a cup of specialty coffee should be as unique as its taste experience, and we strive to reflect this in our cafe.
How would you describe the brand of your cafe?
Our brand is built on a foundation of quality, inclusivity, and community connection. We are dedicated to offering carefully sourced, expertly brewed coffee in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. Our goal is to create an environment that is accessible to all, whether they are coffee aficionados or simply seeking a comfortable place to relax.

Describe the location/demographics of the area where you opened; why did you choose this area?
Our cafes are located in vibrant neighborhoods that blend residential and commercial spaces. The selected areas are well-known for their seamless combination of professionals, creatives, and families. We chose these locations because they truly reflect the inclusivity and dynamic vibe of our brand. They’re places where people appreciate the quality of the consuming experience and community-focused businesses.
What equipment are you using to make coffee? Why did you choose this equipment?
We use high-performance espresso machines and grinders, including the Modbar pressure system, which allows us to showcase the on-demand coffee extraction profile in an advanced and progressive way. We chose this equipment for its reliability, quality, and enhancement of the overall coffee-tasting experience, allowing us to deliver consistently excellent beverages to every single customer in the community.

Describe your bar or customer flow. Break this down for us. How did the equipment influence the flow or vice versa?
Our bar is designed to be open and inviting, promoting interaction and connection between our baristas and customers. The Modbar, a key element of our setup, is integrated seamlessly into the counter, allowing customers to witness the extraction process up close. This not only enhances the customer experience but also streamlines the workflow for our baristas, ensuring an efficient routine.
