| ,

Modbar debuts at Fuorisalone during Milan Design Week—an international celebration of design, innovation, and culture.

Modbar Espresso Atelier

Via Ciovasso 11

April 7th – 13th, each day from 10 am – 7 pm.

This moment is a natural extension of who we are. Our modular, under-counter espresso systems are designed to enhance performance and redefine the coffee experience. Clean counters, open interactions, and a seamless workflow. At our pop-up, we invite you to explore how Modbar can push boundaries, rethink hospitality, and elevate interior design.

Inside the Atelier

Step into a curated space where coffee, creativity, and craftsmanship meet.

Guests will enjoy a rotating drink menu with exclusive highlights throughout the week.

Fabrizio Fiorani—a visionary pastry chef who made his mark in some of Italy’s finest kitchens before becoming a global icon—will offer a signature sweet experience on April 7, 10, and 11.

Fiorani now leads dessert innovation for BVLGARI in Japan and was named Asia’s Best Pastry Chef by the 50 Best Academy in 2019.

1895 Coffee Designers by Lavazza will host daily masterclasses from 10:30 to 14:30 on April 7, 10, and 11. These intimate sessions (limited to five participants per slot, registration via Eventbrite) will feature tastings of their Petal Storm Specialty Blend and the Beija Flor single-origin slow coffee—an invitation to explore complexity, nuance, and the art of brewing.

Joining the lineup is H. Osen– a boutique bakery known for its delicious sour-dough goods, and  Aqua e Polveri – an experimental roastery blending coffee, design, and storytelling from the heart of Italy.

Aqua e Polveri, explores the art of brewing from morning to evening—moving gracefully from breakfast through to aperitivo.

The experience will pair exceptional coffee with artisanal creations from distinguished partners.
