Modbar, the original under-counter brewing equipment manufacturer, will showcase – the Modbar Tea and Modbar Pour-Over – on the occasion of HOST Milan (October 17-22) and La Marzocco’s Out of the Box (October 18), a signature event for celebrating coffee culture and community.
Join the Modbar team, on and offsite the HOST tradeshow, as they prepare to unveil new brewing solutions, while showcasing a world-class menu of espresso and filter coffee, tea and herbal infusions, in collaboration with renowned F&B brands from around the globe.
HOST Milano October 17-21, Rho Fiera Milano
Modbar will join Wilden Herbal’s stand at HOST (Hall 16, B39) within their immersive Omakase-style brewing station, serving quality coffee, cups of herbal tea, and infusion on the all-new Modbar Tea.

Modbar Tea
Is a new configuration designed to complement Modbar’s product range and to support the preparation of alternative drinks such as quick-serve tea, infused beverages, tea lattes and made-to-order iced teas, all the while offering the user total control over extraction.
Modbar Tea’s combination of precise pressure control and firmware customization opens up new opportunities for consistency and creativity in tea preparation. In collaboration with Wilden Herbals, attendees can indulge in a selection of: Lemon Verbana, Hoji Bancha, Hibiscus Harmony, Chai Tea Spiced, Cacao Husk Infusion, Bitter-Style, etc.

Modbar Tea pairs a pressurized portafilter with custom Modbar AV firmware to enable a unique and programmable steeping process on any compatible Modbar AV Espresso Tap. With the ability to set initial fill volume, dwell time, and total beverage weight over two pulses, Modbar Tea extracts tea in half the time of traditional steeping methods while enhancing speed, consistency, and workflow efficiency.
The low-profile, in-counter design of Modbar Tea maintains Modbar’s signature aesthetic while fostering open counter space and encouraging meaningful customer interaction. This setup allows guests to engage with the tea-making process similarly to traditional methods, but with the benefit of cutting-edge technology.
