We’ve reimagined our stand this year, bringing epic experiences to Sigep visitors with a fusion of tastes and pairings with coffee and food.
This year we’ve partnered with Marketing&Trade, an innovative company in the world of design and food that is bringing creative strategies to brands and start-ups, and IFI, an international reference brand in design, technology, and planning in the food and beverage sector. The objective is a strategic partnership to expand brand recognition, event offerings, and educate visitors about the possible and innovative technology of Modbar. Experienced by highlighting exclusive food and beverage professionals.
So what’s in store?
Marco Pedron is a Chef Pâtissier at Cracco Restaurant, a restaurant owned by television personality and Michelin starred Chef Carlo Cracco. Come and try innovative combinations of coffee and delicious recipes.
The Modbar will be used to extract coffee and other preparations in harmony with the chef’s creations that have been exclusively created for this event. This includes breakfast, contemporary lunch, and afternoon snacks. The lunch will revisit three classic dishes in a new modern way.
Daily afternoon snacks are by Mo.ca, Italian artisanal dessert masters. Enjoy a delicious mix of gelato and coffee as a great afternoon pick me up.
Gianni Cocco is back! Not only for a Latte Art Show on Saturday but also for an awesome show preparing 4 “high-end” coffee recipes on Sunday.
Andrea Paci will be with us in person Monday and Tuesday though it doesn’t mean that we won’t enjoy his great cocktails the rest of the days. Apritivo hour will run every day during Sigep starting from 4 p.m.
